If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be returned through the relevant payment method, subject to processor timing.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur because of courier operations, customs procedures, weather, incorrect addresses, public holidays or events beyond Burnigan’s reasonable control.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempt may be charged where permitted.

Exchange and return requests are governed by Burnigan’s published Shipping & Returns Policy .

Customers should contact Burnigan before sending any product back. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused where legally permitted.

Returned products may need to remain unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with applicable labels and packaging.
